COMPUAGE INFOCOM LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 10/08/2018 ,inter alias, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June 2018 and any other business as circulated according to the notice dated 2nd August 2018. Further, with reference to the Code of Conduct of the Company formed under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the shares of the Company shall remain closed for seven days prior to Board Meeting for all Directors, Designated Employees and their immediate relatives from 3rd August 2018 and shall remain closed till forty-eight hours after the information becomes generally available.
