CUMMINS INDIA LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 22/05/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the standalone and consolidated audited financial results for year ended March 31, 2019, and considering recommendation of Final Equity Dividend for the Financial Year 2018-19, subject to the approval of Shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
