D. B. Corp Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is convened to be held on May 16, 2019, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Financial Year ended on March 31, 2019 and to consider declaration / recommendation of dividend for the Financial Year 2018-19. Further note that, vide the Companys letter dated April 03, 2019, the Company have intimated to the stock exchange(s) that the trading window has been closed with immediate effect and shall be opened 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the FY 2018-19.
