We would like to inform you that at the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held on Thursday, October 25, 2018, the Board considered and approved the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the 2nd Quarter and half year of FY 2018 - 19 ended on September 30, 2018 (on standalone and consolidated basis) which were subjected to the limited review by the Statutory Auditors of the Company, Enclosed herewith is the copy of the said results and the Limited Review Report. We are also attaching a copy of the Press Release in connection with the Un-audited Financial Results for the 2nd Quarter and half year of FY 2018 - 19 ended on September 30, 2018. We request you to take the same on record. The said Board Meeting commenced at 10.30 a.m. and concluded at 11.35 a.m.
