1) The Board of Directors at its meeting held today has considered and approved the following; a) Audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2019. The copy of Audited Financial Results along with reports of the Auditors (Standalone & Consolidated) are enclosed herewith. b) Recommended for final dividend of Re. 1/- (i.e. 50%) per equity share, face value of Rs. 2/- each for the financial year 2018-19 subject to approval of the members in the Annual General Meeting. 2) Pursuant to Regulation 33 (3) (d) of SEBI (Listing and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 as amended, we hereby declare that the Auditors of the Company have issued their reports with unmodified (i.e. unqualified) opinion on the Financial Statements (Standalone & Consolidated) for the year ended 31st March 2019.
