DCW LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 12/02/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve This is to inform you that the Board was informed regarding the Late-Submission of financial results for September 2018 at their meeting held on 12th February, 2019 and your letter dated November 30, 2018 was placed before the Board in the said Meeting . The Board noted the above non-compliance as per Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and have instructed the Company Secretary that the Company should ensure that all the timelines under said SEBI regulations have to be strictly complied in future.
