With regard to subject matter, please find attached herewith Declaration of results along with Scrutinisers report dated February 9, 2018, on postal ballot procedure undertaken by the Company for seeking/obtaining shareholders approval for special businesses as stated in Postal Ballot Notice dated December 5, 2017. We have also enclosed certified copy of resolution passed by the shareholders of the Company through Postal Ballot procedure (including e-voting). Kindly take the same on record.
