To consider and approve Un-audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2018. 2. To consider a proposal of Buyback of Equity Shares of the Company and seeking approval of the Shareholders, if required in accordance with all applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and Securities Exchange Board of India (Buy Back of Securities) Regulations, 2018.
