This is to inform BSE Limited that at the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held on Friday, 26th October, 2018 approved: 1. The unaudited financial results for the Quarter/Half Year ended 30th September, 2018 were considered and approved. 2. The declaration of First Interim Equity Dividend Rs. 3 per equity share of the face value of Rs. 10 each for the Financial Year 2018-19. In the event of the dividend being declared by the Board, the record date and the payment date for the said Interim Dividend, shall be as under: Record Date for reckoning the shareholders who shall be entitled to receive the dividend November 2, 2018
