Digjam Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 13/12/2018 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the second quarter/half year ended September 30, 2018 pursuant to Regulation 33 of the aforesaid Regulations. Closure of Trading Window In accordance with the Companys Code under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for transacting in Companys shares will remain closed with effect from December 6, 2018 to December 15, 2018 (both days inclusive).
