Dilip Buildcon Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of Board of Direcrors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 10, 2019, inter alia, to consider the following matters: 1. To consider and approve the audited IND AS standalone and Consolidated Financial resuIts for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2019. 2. To consider and recommend dividend for the Financial year 2018-19. Further, as per Companys code of conduct of Prevention of insider trading and pursuart to securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of lnsider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company by its designated employees, immediate relatives, specified person and connected person was already closed till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results of the company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2019.
