This is in with reference to the above captioned subject line and to inform BSE pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 that meeting of Board of Directors of the Company held on 10th August, 2018 and the following business was undertaken; 1. Considered and approved Standalone Un-audited Financial Results as per IND AS alongwith Limited review report for the Quarter ended on 30th June, 2018. 2. Considered and approved Extract of Financial Results to be Published in Newspaper for the Quarter ended on 30th June, 2018.
