Please be informed that the Extra-ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company was held today i.e on 11 August 2018. The EGM commenced at 11.30 a.m. and concluded at 12.25 p.m. The Company had provided facility to the Members for remote e-voting through National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) on all the resolutions set forth in the Notice of EGM. We understand that NSDLs server is down and hence the Scrutinizer is unable to unblock the votes casted by the Members through the e-voting platform of NSDL. The voting results along with the Scrutinizers Report shall be submitted as and when the same is downloaded from NSDLs website. This is for your information and records.
