Accordingly, pursuant to the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from January 29, 2019 to February 07, 2019 (both days inclusive) for the Directors, Officers and all the designated Employees of the Company for prevention of any insider trading.
