Emmbi Industries Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 24/05/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Friday, 24th May, 2019, at the Corporate Office of the Company, inter-alia: 1. To consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the fourth quarter and financial year ended on 31st March, 2019; 2. To consider and recommend the payment of dividend, if any, on equity shares of the Company for the financial year ended 31st March, 2019. Pursuant to Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading for the Directors, Promoters, Designated Employees and Specified Connected Persons of the Company the Trading Window Close Period has commenced from April 4, 2019 and will end 48 hours after the financial results of the Company are made public on 24th May, 2019.
