You are requested to take on record the above financial results for your reference. Further, pursuant to SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/56/2016 dated May 27, 2016, we are enclosing herewith a declaration that the report of Auditors does not have any modified opinion/ qualification/ adverse remark with respect to Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2019.
