In terms of Regulation 47(1)(b) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, the Financial Results of the Company have to be published in at least one English language national daily newspaper circulating in the whole or substantially the whole of India and in one daily newspaper published in the language of the region, where the registered office of the listed entity is situated within 48 hours of conclusion of the Board Meeting. Accordingly, please find enclosed herewith the clippings of the extract of Unaudited Financial Results (consolidated with the footnote of standalone) for the Quarter and Nine Months ended December 31, 2018 published in The Financial Express and Navshakti dated February 8, 2019.
