Pursuant to Regulation 33(3) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (as amended), we are pleased to enclosed herewith the Unaudited Financial Results alongwith the Limited Review Report for the first quarter ended June 30, 2018, which was reviewed by the Audit Committee and considered and approved by the Board at their meeting held on August 13, 2018, commenced at 1.00 P.M. and concluded at 2.15 P.M. Further, Nomination & Remuneration Committee of the Company at its Meeting held today have approved the issue and allotment of 5,000 (Five Thousand Only) Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each to the employee of the Company against exercise of stock options granted to him, in accordance with applicable SEBI (Share Based Employee Benefits) Regulation, 2014 (as amended) & Eros International Media Limited- Employee Stock Option Scheme 2009 respectively.
