Harish Arora & Associates, Chartered Accountant (Firm No.015226C) Statutory Auditors to fill casual vacancy has been passed by the members of the Company with requisite majority. The approval is deemed to have been received on the date of report of the scrutiniser i.e. 13th June, 2019 We enclose herewith Scrutinizers Report for the remote E-voting commenced on 9th June, 2019 and concluded on 11th June, 2019.
