In continuation of Board meeting dated 14th February, 2018 and pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Board of Directors has approved the Un-Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Result of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2017. The said Un-Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results have been reviewed by the Audit committee and approved by the Board of Directors. Pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are enclosing following: 1. Standalone and Consolidated Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended on 31/12/2017. 2. Limited Review Report on the Un-Audited Standalone and Consolidated financial results for the quarter ended 31/12/2017. This is for your information and record please.
