The Standalone Un-audited Financial Statement for the quarter ended 31st December, 2017 along with the Limited Review Report issued by M/s Jaju and Kabra, Chartered Accountants, Statutory Auditors of the Company in accordance with the Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (hereinafter referred to as Listing Regulations) and the same is attached herewith.
