Further to our letter dated 9th May, 2018, we write to advise you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting concluded a little while ago, has approved the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the 4th Quarter and Financial Year ended 31st March, 2018. In terms of Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015, we enclose the following: i) Audited Standalone Financial Results for the 4th Quarter and Financial Year ended 31st March, 2018. ii) Audited annual Consolidated Financial results for the Financial Year ended 31st March, 2018. iii) Auditors Reports on the Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the Financial Year ended 31st March, 2018. As regards the Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Financial Year ended 31st March, 2018, it is hereby declared that the Auditors have given unmodified opinion in their Report.
