This is with reference to our letter reference Nos. GPTINFRA/CS/SE/2017-18 dated 27th January, 2018 and GPTINFRA/CS/SE/2017-18 dated 3rd February, 2018.The meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company was held on Thursday, the 8th day of February, 2018. In this meeting, the Board has amongst other matters considered and approved the following: a. Un-Audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the 3rd Quarter and nine months ended on 31st December, 2017. b. Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditors on the Financial Statements for the 3rd Quarter and nine months ended on 31st December, 2017. c. DECLARATION OF INTERIM DIVIDEND The Board of Directors, at the same meeting, have also declared 2nd Interim Dividend at the rate of 10% (Re.1.00 per share) on the face value of the equity shares (Rs. 10/- each) of the Company, for the financial year 2017-2018. The Company is expecting to pay the interim dividend to the shareholders on or before 8th March, 2018. d. RECORD DATE The Record Date for the purpose of payment of the aforesaid Interim Dividend has been fixed as Wednesday, 21st February, 2018. A copy of Un-Audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) along with Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditors on the Financial Statements for the 3rd Quarter and nine months ended on 31st December, 2017, as required by Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, is enclosed herewith for your record and reference.
