This is to inform you that the Board of Directors at its meeting held today, i.e., Wednesday, May 30, 2018, has approved the Audited Financial Results for the Financial Year ended on March 31, 2018 in the specified format along with the Auditors Report thereon. We are also arranging to upload the aforesaid Financial Results on the Companys website and publish the Audited Financial Results in the newspapers in the format prescribed under Regulation 47 of the Listing Regulations.
