We are pleased to submit the following: a. Unaudited Standalone Financial Results for the quarter ended December 31, 2017; and b. Limited Review Report for the quarter ended December 31, 2017. Which were reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board at their meeting held today i.e. February 08, 2018. The abstract of the results in the prescribed format will be published in the English and Regional newspaper within the prescribed time. The Company is also filing the aforesaid results in the XBRL form at the portal of the BSE within the stipulated time. You are requested to please take on record the above said financial results and Limited Review Report for your reference and record.
