The Board of Directors in its meeting held today i.e. 31st January, 2018, which commenced at 3.00 p.m. and concluded at 4.00 p.m., approved the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the third quarter ended 31st December, 2017. A copy of the said results is enclosed pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Limited Review Report from our Auditors in respect of the above results is also enclosed.
