This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of Kaya Limited (the Company) at its meeting held today i.e. February 7, 2018 from 11:30 a.m. and scheduled to conclude around 4.15 p.m. has, inter alia, considered and approved the Unaudited Financial Results in respect of Kaya Limited and its consolidated entity for the quarter ended December 31, 2017. Pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, please find enclosed a copy of the following: 1. Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter ended December 31, 2017; 2. Limited Review Report by the Statutory Auditors of the Company on the Unaudited Financial results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter ended December 31, 2017.
