Dear Sir/Maam, With reference to the above captioned subject, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held today i.e. Monday, February 12, 2018 commenced at 05:00 p.m. and concluded at 05:45 p.m. has inter-alia approved the following items with the requisite majority: 1.Pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI(LODR) Regulations, 2015, the Standalone Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Nine Month ended December 31, 2017, duly reviewed and recommended by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held today. 2.Limited Review Report on the Standalone Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Nine Month ended December 31, 2017. In view of above, please find enclosed herewith the Standalone Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Nine Month ended December 31, 2017 along with Limited Review Report thereon.
