This is to Inform that Pursuant to Regulation 30 and 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we enclose herewith the statement of Unaudited Financial results of the company for the quarter and Nine months ended 31st December, 2017 along with Limited Review Report as approved and taken on record by the Board of Directors at its meeting held today i.e. 09th February, 2018. Kindly take the same on record. The meeting of Board of Directors commenced at 3.30 p.m. and concluded at 5.15 p.m.
