This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held today have approved the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the third quarter ended December 31, 2017. A copy of Results along with the limited review report by the auditors of the Company is attached herewith for your records please. This is to further inform you that Ms. Sonali Kaushik, Woman Director of the Company has resigned from the Board, pursuant to change in her responsibilities within Schneider Group and relocation to France. To fill up the position of Woman Director in the Company caused by resignation of Ms. Sonali Kaushik, the Board in todays meeting appointed Ms. Bidisha Nagaraj as an Additional Director, effective from the date of allotment of Director Identification Number (DIN) up to the date of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company or the last date on which the Annual General Meeting should have been held, whichever is earlier.
