Considered and approved the Un-Audited Standalone financial Results for the Quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2017 along with limited review report. The copy of the aforesaid Un-audited Standalone financial Results for the Quarter and nine months ended along with limited review are attached herewith. The Board Meeting was commenced at 10.30 A.M and concluded at 11.00 A.M. You are requested to kindly take the same on record.
