Pursuant to Regulation 33 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we submit herewith the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2017 drawn up both on a Standalone and Consolidated basis. The results have been considered and taken on record at the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held today. The copy of the Limited Review Report submitted by the Statutory Auditors both on the Consolidated and Standalone Results is attached.
