The Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended on 31st December 2017 2. Appointment of Mrs. Nilima Sathya, as Independent Woman Director 3. Amended and Restated Joint Development Agreement 4. Borrowal of Rs.50 crs from Altico Capital India Limited, Mumbai and another Rs.50 crs from Piramal Finance Limited, Mumbai A copy of the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended on 31st December 2017 along with Limited Review Report of M/s. Sagar and Associates, Chartered Accountants, Statutory Auditors is enclosed.Pursuant to Regulation 47 of the Listing Regulations, 2015 we would be publishing an extract of the financial results in the prescribed format in English and Tamil newspapers within the stipulated time.
