This is to inform that pursuant to Regulation 30 and 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the unaudited standalone financial results for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2017 together with the Limited Review report thereon issued by the Statutory Auditors of the Company are enclosed. The enclosed financial results have been duly reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today i.e., 13th February, 2018. The board meeting commenced at 02.30 P.M. and concluded at 04.00 P.M.
