The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today approved, inter alia the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results for the quarter/ nine months period ended 31st December, 2017. Pursuant to Regulation 33(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we enclose the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results for the quarter/ nine months period ended 31st December, 2017 along with a copy of the Limited Review Report issued by the Auditors of the Company. The meeting commenced at 4 p.m. and concluded at 6.55 p.m.
