Auditors Report on the Consolidated Financial Results for the year ended 31st March 2018. Pursuant to Regulation 33(3)(d) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we enclose the declaration duly signed by our Chief Financial Officer that the Audit Reports issued by the Statutory Auditors on the Standalone and Consolidated Annual Financial Results for the year ended 31.3.2018 were with unmodified opinions.
