Scrip Code: 506685 We wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of our Company at their meeting held today has considered and approved inter alia: i) Audited Financial Results for the year ended 31st March, 2018. ii) Recommended a final dividend 0f 212.50% (Rs.4.25 /- per share) for the financial year ended 31st March, 2018, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing annual general meeting. The meeting was commenced at 11.50 a.m. and concluded at 2.00 p .m.
