This is to inform BSE Limited that at the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held on Friday, 4th May, 2018 the following items were considered and approved: 1. The Board approved the Audited Financial Statements of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2018. 2. The Board has recommended dividend at Rs. 2.50 per Equity share of Rs. 10 each for the year ended March 31, 2018. 3. The Board has appointed Mr. Sudip Ray as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from 4th May, 2018. The time of commencement of Board Meeting was 11:00 AM and the time of conclusion was 2:30 P.M. Kindly take the above mentioned information on records.
