The Board of Directors of the Company has considered and approved the Audited Annual Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the year ended 31st March, 2018 at its Meeting held today i.e. on 2nd May, 2018, (which meeting commenced at 12 noon and concluded at 2.30 p.m). We enclose a copy of the said Results along with the Auditors Report on the Standalone and Consolidated financial results. We have already made the arrangements to publish the same in the newspapers in accordance with Regulation 47 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Declaration on Audit Report with unmodified opinion We declare that the Auditors report on Standalone and Consolidated annual financial results for the year ended 31st March, 2018, is with unmodified opinion.
