FINOLEX INDUSTRIES LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 09/02/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2018 alongwith related segment-wise financial results. Further, we wish to inform you that the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from 28th January, 2019 to 11th February, 2019 (both days inclusive).
