Finolex Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company has been scheduled on May 25, 2019, inter alia, to: 1. Consider and approve, the Audited Financial Results (both Standalone & Consolidated) for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2019 alongwith related segment-wise financial results; and 2. Consider and recommend dividend, if any, for the financial year 2018-19. In view of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended and in continuation to the Companys letter dated April 03, 2019 with respect to closure of Trading Window of the Company, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company by the insiders has been closed from April 03, 2019 to May 27, 2019 (both days inclusive).
