Please note that the Board of Directors of the Company have at their meeting held on 3rd November, 2018, inter-alia, considered and approved the Financial Results (Un-audited) for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2018 alongwith the Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditors thereon. A copy of Financial Results (Un-audited) and the Limited Review Report for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2018 is enclosed herewith. The aforesaid meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company commenced at 11.00 a.m and concluded at 1.40 p.m. Kindly take the same on record in compliance with the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and acknowledge receipt.
