A copy of Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March, 2019 along with the Report of the Statutory Auditors is enclosed herewith. The aforesaid meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company commenced at 11.30 a.m. and concluded at 3.00 p.m. Kindly take the same on record.
