Pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we enclose herewith the following: 1. Standalone Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended on 31 March 2019; 2. Consolidated Audited Financial Results of the Company and its subsidiaries for the year ended on 31 March 2019; The above Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) have been reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors at its meeting held today. 3. Auditors Reports on the aforesaid Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company, issued by M/s. NGS & Co. LLP, the Statutory Auditors of the Company. The Company hereby declares that M/s. NGS & Co. LLP, the Statutory Auditors of the Company have issued the Audit Reports with unmodified opinion on the aforesaid Audited Financial Results. The meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 2:45 pm and concluded at 5:00 pm.
