The shareholders have approved the special resolution with respect to the appointment of Mr. Shailindra Singh Kaushik as Non Executive Independent Director of the Company, who has attained the age of 75 years by way of postal ballot and evoting as per the Report of the Scrutinizer Ms. Harsimran Kaur Prop. HK & Associates - Practicing Company Secretaries dated 31st March 2019 which has been declared at the Registered Office of the Company at 3:00 PM today.
