Pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are hereby forwarding the following documents for the quarter ended June 30, 2019: (1) Unaudited Financial Results (Provisional). (2) Limited Review Report on Unaudited Financial Results (Provisional). The meeting commenced at 1:00 p.m. and concluded at 2:30 p.m.
