Further, we wish to inform you that as per Gati Limited - Code for Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitor and Reporting of Trading by Insiders", the Trading Window was closed from April 1, 2019 and will end 48 hours after the results are made public on May 28, 2019.
