Dear Sirs, This is to inform you that in terms of Regulation 29 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, July 25, 2018, to consider and approve, inter-alia, the unaudited financial results for the first quarter ended on June 30, 2018. We shall, in due course, communicate the unaudited financial results as soon as they are approved and taken on record by the Board.
