In continuation to our earlier letter dated February 5, 2019 regarding submission of Postal Ballot Notice and Form and pursuant to requirement of Regulation 30 & Regulation 44 (3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (hereinafter referred as Listing Regulations) read with other applicable provisions, if any, we are pleased to inform that based on the Postal Ballot Forms received / Remote e-voting from the members of the Company and as per the Scrutinizers report dated March 13, 2019, all the five items of the business contained in the Postal Ballot Notice dated January 21, 2019 have been approved by the members with requisite majority.
