In compliance with the provisions of Regulation 30 and 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company, at their meeting held today, November 14, 2018 has inter alia approved the Un-audited Standalone Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2018. Copies of the following are enclosed: i.Un-audited Standalone Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2018; ii.Un-audited Standalone Statement of Assets and Liabilities as at September 30, 2018; iii.Limited Review Report for the aforesaid results submitted by the Statutory Auditors of the Company. The Board Meeting commenced at 04:00 p.m. and concluded at 04:30 p.m. Please take the above in your records.
